A 20-minute free phone consultation to discuss your case, answer questions and determine if your case is a good fit for my services. I do this for both your benefit and mine. I do not have junior attorneys working for me and I handle all my clients personally, including being available by cell phone and email, so I will not take your case unless the fit is right and I have confidence that your case is suitable for a mediation/settlement forum. Otherwise I would be wasting your money and time.
In sum, my goal in speaking with you is to help you find the best fit for your case. If we determine during our 20-minute free phone consultation that your case is not suitable for mediation or for my services, I may be able to refer you to other attorneys or specialists who would be a better fit for your needs. I have a list of family lawyers and mediators in various counties to whom I refer regularly.
